A unique collection of high-quality Kontio log villas is being built between Saarua, the Valtavaara Nature Reserve, and Rukatunturi. The engineering company Hyppänen & Schrey Oy is developing eight premium villas in the area, combining high-standard leisure living, carefully designed layouts, and an exceptional location in the scenic fell landscapes of Ruka.
Each villa has a permitted floor area of 119 m², with spaces designed for both private use and enjoyable leisure time with family and friends. Every villa includes three bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, a sauna area, a separate toilet, and two outdoor storage units.
The experience is completed by impressive outdoor spaces: a glazed balcony and an open balcony on the second floor, as well as a glazed terrace connected to the sauna area, equipped with a hot tub. In these villas, nature, scenery, and comfort come together in a way that makes leisure time truly special.
Construction of the first villas will begin in 2026, with completion estimated for summer 2027.
